Booking and Cancellation Policy
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required when you book the party on our website to secure your date and time.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due exactly 3 days before the event.
- Refunds & Rescheduling: Bookings are fully refundable or reschedulable up to 3 days prior to your event date.
- Late Cancellations: Within 3 days of the event, Bookings deposits two days prior become non-refundable because food and other event items have already been purchased. And planned for your event by that time.
- If Hochatown Mysteries has a last-minute cancellation, we can sometimes book groups just one day in advance. Contact us directly to check our current availability.
- Note: Due to the extras on, "The Great Sparks Circus Sabotage," it is not available for last-minute bookings.
- Food Allergies: Please let your host know of any allergies at the time of booking your reservation.
- Waivers & Age Limits: All participants must sign our digital safety waiver prior to the event start. Guests under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
- Property Damage: Host clients assume full financial responsibility for any excessive cleanup or damage caused to the venue, equipment, or props by their guests during the event.
- Inclement Weather: In the event of severe weather or venue power outages that force us to close, we will work with you to reschedule your event or issue a full refund.
*Venue Access: (Hochatown Mysteries) need to access the location, (Host clients) 2 to 3 hours before the event start time for setup.
*Please make arrangements with your rental company.
Arrival Time: Regular guests should arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled start time for check-in and briefing.
